SIML Modern (SIML for OSCOVA)

SIML 2.0 Draft specifications adds a new flavor/profile to the SIML pipeline. SIML Modern is a whole new implementation that is interpretated separately by OSCOVA Bot system. Unlike SIML Classic, SIML Modern doesn't use a hybrid decision tree instead it uses the Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing features provided by OSCOVA.
